Where does 4SSRH (Four Season Sports Roller Hockey) play?

We play out of Paris Ontario at the Syl Apps Community Centre located at 51 William Street N3L 1A1

How many games?

For the Youth Age Groups with the exception of the 7U we have 10 games - once per week, and one practice every other Saturday.

What are the Game times?

We run in 50 minute time slots. Games are two 20 minute halves. Depending on the Age Group the start times will vary. Please check the Block Schedule.

When does the league start and end?

We plan to start the first week of May and will run for 10 weeks. There may be a week we are off but will make sure parents know in advance.

Are there tournaments available or a tournament team?

There are tournaments available which we will offer to those that are interested. These tournaments will be an extra cost to the player. Currently we are looking at the Oakville Waterfront Tournament on June 18th – 20th.

SUITORS EYE AN ICE-LESS SYL APPS

Indoor sporting groups are lining up to convince Brant County that the Syl Apps Community Centre is just right for them.

This is the last winter season that the Syl Apps will have ice, as the county plans to shut down the rink when the twin-pad arena is ready for next season.

SYL APPS CENTRE HAS ATHLETIC FUTURE

Parisians may finally learn the fate of the Syl Apps arena once the ice surface disappears for good this spring. The revitalization of the downtown arena as an indoor year round facility could soon be underway.

A county committee has been struggling to find life for the downtown Paris facility, a mainstay of the community, after its ice surfaces disappear next year when the new twin pad opens. The committee, that includes all four Paris councillors, decided Monday night to ask county council to proceed with an RFP process to convert the arena so that it could be used all year round as a multi purpose venue. Preliminary estimates peg the conversion costs at about $250,000.
